Diesel AX Mechanic, Earn up to $39.38/hr

Position Details

Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 12am - 10:30am

Earn 1 week of vacation after 90 days of employment.

Job Location

R+L Carriers has an immediate opportunity for Diesel Tractor Mechanics at our Lebanon, PA Service Center.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day equipment maintenance on fleet vehicles, including preventative maintenance and repairs to Class A Trucks, trailers, and forklifts.
• Conduct minor to major repairs, with diesel engine experience required.
• Maintain trailers, overhead doors, lift gates, dollies, and work on forklifts (preferred).
• Welding and working on trailers are also part of the responsibilities.

Requirements / Qualifications

• 2+ years of Diesel Mechanic experience preferred.
• Experience in preventive maintenance of Cummins & Detroit engines.
• Experience with AC and Electrical systems.
• Ability to handle major repairs.
• Experience in both Tractor and Trailer preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Must have own tools.
