Job summary

R+L Carriers is offering an opportunity for Diesel Mechanics at our Henderson, CO Service Center. The role involves performing essential preventative maintenance and repairs on our fleet, which includes Class 8 trucks, trailers, and forklifts. You will be expected to manage both minor and major repair tasks.

Qualifications include proficiency in diesel engine maintenance, the ability to lift 50lbs, and ownership of necessary tools. An excellent compensation package including medical benefits and retirement plan is offered.

Job Description

R+L Carriers has an immediate opportunity for Diesel Mechanics at our Henderson, CO Service Center. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for day-to-day equipment maintenance on our fleet equipment consisting of preventative maintenance and minor to major repairs to Class 8 trucks, trailers, and potentially forklifts. Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Experience in preventive maintenance and repairs on diesel engines
• Must be able to handle major repairs
• Experience with AC and Electrical
• Have the ability to lift 50lbs
• Must have own tools

Preferred

• 2+ Years of Diesel Mechanic experience
• Experience in preventive maintenance of Cummins & Detroit engines
• Experience using Cetaris used for work orders
• Class A CDL holder
• Experience driving Class 8 commercial trucks
• Experience in Trailer PMs and repairs
