Job summary

Sysco Central Pennsylvania, LLC is seeking a skilled Fleet Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Sysco fleet vehicles. You will diagnose issues, service engines, electrics, and hydraulics, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• HD truck tech training and a HS diploma are required.
• Experience in fleet maintenance and repair, 3+ years or 2-year program with experience.
• Valid driver's license and ASE/HVAC certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on fleet vehicles within scheduled timeframes.
• Complete annual inspections (FAI/CVI) for tractors, trailers, and gear per regulations.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure safety and reliability.
• Diagnose faults and repair engines, transmissions, electrics, and exhaust systems.
• Document work orders and use Sysco computer programs efficiently.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and perform electrical and welding tasks as needed.
