Job summary

Waste Pro USA Inc. is seeking an A Technician to diagnose and repair engine, transmission, brake and electrical systems across a fleet of refuse and recycling vehicles. The role involves servicing Mack, IHC, Autocar, Heil, and McNeilus equipment and may include welding.

You will uphold safety policies, complete paperwork, and assist teammates. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of hands-on experience with medium-duty trucks, CDL Class B preferred, and ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with medium duty class 8 vehicles.
• Able to diagnose drive train, engine, transmission issues.
• Experience with safety and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair fleet of refuse and recycling vehicles.
• Maintain and repair Mack, IHC, Autocar, Heil, McNeilus equipment.
• Assist coworkers in safe, efficient operations.
• Complete required paperwork promptly.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Keep work area clean and compliant with OSHA.
• Use vehicle computer electronics to interpret failure modes.
• Perform safety checks on vehicles.
• Repair using Factory Service Manuals.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and dependability.
