Job summary

Waste Pro USA Inc. is seeking a skilled A Technician to diagnose and repair engine, transmission, brake, suspension, electrical, hydraulic, and body systems on heavy and light duty trucks. Some welding/fabrication may be required.

You will service a fleet of refuse and recycling vehicles, using factory service manuals and onboard diagnostics to identify and fix issues, while maintaining safety and quality in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair drive trains, engines, transmissions and vehicle systems.
• Inspect and repair trucks including medium/heavy duty fleets.
• Adhere to OSHA safety requirements and company policies.
• Utilize vehicle electronics for fault diagnosis and repairs.
• Friendly to data tracking and documentation of service work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a fleet of refuse and recycling vehicles.
• Maintain and repair Mack, IHC, Autocar, Heil, McNeilus vehicles and equipment.
• Provide safety support to teammates and maintain a clean work area.
• Complete paperwork in a timely, accurate manner.
• Follow safety policies and OSHA standards.
