Zusammenfassung

Performance Foodservice is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to perform preventative maintenance on medium to heavy-duty fleet equipment, including tractors, trailers, and refrigeration units. You will document repairs, ensure roadworthy status, and respond to road calls as required.

Responsibilities include diagnosing faults, inspecting brake systems and other critical components, performing routine maintenance, and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of proven medium to heavy-duty vehicle repair experience including PMs, tire & wheel, air & air disc brakes, diagnosis and electronic diagnostics.

Aufgaben

• Perform preventative maintenance on fleet diesel equipment and identify root causes of failures.
• Ensure roadworthiness through licensing and registration checks before road use.
• Document all work orders and repairs in the online Enterprise Asset Management system.
• Perform road call services as needed.
• Inspect brakes, steering, bearings and related components for safe operation.
