Job summary

US Foods is seeking a skilled Fleet Reefer/Refrigeration technician for on-site maintenance at our facility. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on diesel equipment and reefers, documenting work with fleet software.

The role requires 3 years of hands-on experience, Carrier certifications, and ownership of personal tools. Travel for training is expected, with comprehensive benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• 3 years of verifiable hands-on experience as a Fleet Reefer/Refrigeration technician.
• TK/Carrier Refrigeration Certifications.
• Must furnish own personal hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair diesel equipment including tractors, trailers, and lift gates.
• Perform preventative maintenance per DOT standards.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and plan actions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and document repairs using a fleet tablet.
• Mentor other maintenance shop personnel and back up teammates.
