SRM Concrete is seeking a Fleet Mechanic to service a fleet of mixer trucks and heavy equipment. You’ll perform routine maintenance, diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, and use diagnostic tools to guide repairs.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and keeping vehicles on the road. Entry-level applicants are welcome with on-the-job training; CDL is a plus, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on diesel engine and heavy equipment maintenance experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and to stay updated on diesel engine repair.
• Commitment to safety and quality repairs, ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on diesel engines and heavy equipment.
