Job summary

Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a Fleet Diesel Mechanic A to perform repairs and preventative maintenance on tractors, trailers, and related equipment at our McCook, IL shop. The role includes diagnosing, rebuilding, and repairing systems, and documenting work orders in the online Enterprise Asset Management system.

This full-time night shift (Wed–Sat, 10:00 PM–8:30 AM; off Sun–Tue) offers pay from $31.00–$37.00/hr plus a $2.00/hr shift differential, plus CDL incentive pay for active CDL A/B.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years of related experience.
• Must possess own tools and a valid driver's license.
• CDL A is highly desired; mandatory in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, rebuild and repair fleet equipment (tractors, trailers, refrigeration units).
• Document repairs and preventive maintenance in the Enterprise Asset Management system.
• Adhere to DOT, OSHA and Reyes Fleet Management safety standards.
