Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience in diesel mechanics.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on diesel equipment.
• Document repairs and maintenance thoroughly.
• Inspect brake systems to ensure proper operating conditions.
• Change oil, check batteries, and lubricate equipment.
• Examine and adjust protective guards and safety devices.
