Job summary

RATP Dev USA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager with strong diesel maintenance and automotive maintenance experience to lead our transit maintenance operation. This role requires hands-on leadership and the ability to work on the shop floor with technicians to diagnose and repair diesel vehicles.

The ideal candidate will understand diesel engines, vehicle systems, diagnostics and troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and the day-to-day realities of running a busy maintenance shop.

Qualifications

Diesel maintenance experience is required.
Experience with diagnostics and troubleshooting of vehicle systems.
Ability to lead a busy maintenance shop and manage preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

Lead the transit maintenance operation and oversee shop floor activities.
Spend time on the shop floor discussing repairs and guiding technicians.
Ensure fleet safety, reliability, and operational readiness through effective maintenance management.
