Job summary

Arrow Stage Lines in Omaha, NE is hiring a Diesel Mechanic for the day shift. You’ll maintain a fleet of late-model motorcoaches, perform diagnostics and repairs, and ensure every coach is safe and reliable.

Shifts run 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with rotating on-call weeks that can add up to $500 extra per week. Benefits include medical, dental, a 401(k) match, life insurance, PTO, tool and boot allowances, and paid on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate degree or technical certificates preferred.
• Brake and A/C certifications are preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a fleet of late-model motorcoaches and support vehicles.
• Perform diagnostics, repairs, preventive maintenance and routine service.
• Inspect brakes, steering, wheel bearings and other components for safety.
• Repair engine components, fuel injection, electrical systems and A/C.
• Assist with tire changes and other maintenance tasks.
• Take turns in on-call rotation, with up to $500 extra per on-call week.
