These duties may include all or some of the following:* Perform safety inspections and corrections.* Perform mechanical work on heavy equipment and small diesel engines.* Remove and install engines and components.* Assemble and disassemble engines, brake adjustments, repair clutches and wheel bearings.* Perform general repairs on trucks, tractors and light vehicles.* Perform engine tune ups and field work.* Service, operate and test large equipment.
