Job Description

We are currently seeking individuals with experience operating roll-fed die-cut machines.

Compensation: $20/hr DOE
Schedule: 6:00AM-4:00PM, Monday-Thursday, occasional Fridays. This is a closed campus; employees are required to stay on-site for lunch. On-site amenities include a cafeteria and a gym.

Responsibilities and Tasks

1. Clear jams in the cutter, stripper, and delivery sections.
2. Implement written procedures and work instructions.
3. Operate production equipment and maintain focus to keep the machine running efficiently.
4. Lead packer within the work area.
5. Read job orders to set up and run jobs.
6. Complete production paperwork accurately.
7. Provide feedback to management for continuous improvement of the work cell.
8. Ensure product quality through inspection and approval.
9. Perform preventive maintenance as scheduled.
10. Maintain safety standards in the work area, ensuring safety rules are followed and equipment guards are in place.
11. Lift up to 30 pounds.
12. Train associates on job duties.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.
14. Maintain general housekeeping in the machine area.

Dress Code

We strictly enforce the dress code at all times: jeans or khaki pants/shorts (shorts must be knee-length), no cut-off shirts, tank tops, or muscle shirts. Shirts must have a minimum of 4" sleeve length. No vulgar, explicit images, or inappropriate logos. Baseball caps and beanies are permitted.
