Machine Operators - 1st Shift - Dallas, TX

Job Details:

Position starts at $17.15. We currently have open positions for various Machine Operator roles that applicants may be considered for.

Job Duties:
  1. Operate touch illustrated operating panel, safeties, and switches.
  2. Make small mechanical adjustments.
  3. Use handheld scanner.
  4. Visually inspect product for deficiencies.
  5. Set up and tear down area at the beginning and end of processing.
  6. Perform general housekeeping duties in the department.
  7. Operate forklift if required.
  8. Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP, and SQF requirements.
  9. Use SAP if transferred/rotated.
  10. Read and write proficiently; complete on-the-job paperwork; communicate effectively across management levels.
  11. Possess basic computer skills (if applicable).
  12. Pay close attention to detail.
  13. Solve simple math problems.
  14. Complete lockout training.
  15. Obtain forklift certification if applicable.
  16. Pass safety and food safety tests.
  17. Work overtime and weekends as needed.
  18. Perform all assigned rotation positions if applicable.
  19. Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:

Must be able to perform physical tasks with or without accommodation, including lifting, pushing, pulling, working in cold environments, standing long hours, and more as detailed in the original description.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 months of work history.

Applicants will be considered for labor level openings, with pay leveling based on availability.

Role Options:

Applicants can choose from roles such as Blade Sharpener, Block Grinder Operator, and others listed in the original description.

Additional Information:

Rehire minimum waiting period is 180 days, limited to 3 times of employment. No relocation assistance is provided. Work shift: A Shift. Complete additional tasks as instructed after application submission.
