Work Shift: 12hr-B Shift (United States of America)

The Machine Operator will operate blow-mold, PET, injection molding machines, grinders, trimmer machines, and conveyor systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting process issues, performing minor maintenance, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety practices, wear PPE, and adhere to safety policies
• Maintain punctuality and adhere to work schedule
• Collaborate effectively with team members
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Comply with manufacturing policies and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with preventive maintenance and mechanical adjustments
• Operate molding machines to produce quality bottles
• Conduct quality inspections and troubleshoot process issues
• Perform bottle inspections and quality checks
• Adjust processes to meet specifications
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment minor issues
• Report abnormalities and quality issues promptly
• Monitor and replenish packaging materials
• Ensure proper labeling and packaging
• Move finished products to designated areas
• Document production and maintenance reports
• Follow instructions from supervisors and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Physical Demands

Must frequently stand, walk, handle objects, reach, and occasionally climb, kneel, or crawl. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment

Exposure to moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and temperature fluctuations. PPE is required.
