Boyd Thermal, now part of Eaton, is seeking a Trim Operator for the Allenton, WI facility. The role covers operating the trim press, inspecting castings, and maintaining production records on a 1st shift with potential for a 2nd shift in the future.

Base salaries are determined by candidate skills, experience, and market conditions; relocation is not offered, and candidates must reside within the immediate area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and procedures.
• Basic math and measuring skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Effective communication with team members at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Operate trim press machine.
• Trim, inspect, and pack castings according to procedures.
• Read and follow documented work instructions daily.
• Enter production counts into GuardianERP system.
• Complete production-related documentation (P-Charts, etc.).
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Carry out duties as defined by Supervisor or Lead.
• Adhere to all safety and manufacturing practices.
