**Boyd Thermal by Eaton is seeking a Trim Operator in our Allenton, WI location.**The Trim Operator plays a vital role in Boyd Thermal by Eaton's Die Casting Team, contributing to the efficiency and quality of our die-cast manufacturing operations. In this position, you will be responsible for operating the trim press while making die-cast components, ensuring that they meet our quality standards and production timelines. Key responsibilities include operating trim press, performing quality checks, and collaborating with team members to optimize the manufacturing process. This role requires attention to detail, technical skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
