Fort Recovery Industries Inc. is hiring Production Associates for the Trim Press at our Ft. Recovery plant and Portland location. This entry-level role trains on zinc or aluminum trim casting processes and 10-hour shifts, four days a week.

Starting pay is $21.10 per hour, with benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid life insurance, short-term disability, a 401(k) match, paid vacation, and holidays, plus opportunities to grow into other roles.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role ideal for building manufacturing skills.
• Able to follow standard work instructions and perform visual checks.
• Willingness to work 10-hour shifts and multiple days per week.

Responsibilities

• Operate the trim press to trim zinc or aluminum castings.
• Perform inspect-and-pack operations and check parts for quality.
• Follow standard work instructions and use gauges as required.
• Complete visual quality checks using visual cards in the Plex system.
• Identify nonconforming product and notify a technician or QA associate.
