Job summary

Boyd Thermal by Eaton in Allenton, WI is seeking a Trim Operator to join our die casting team on the 1st shift. You will operate the trim press, inspect castings, and follow work instructions to meet quality and production goals.

You will read and enter production data into the Guardian ERP system, maintain a clean work area, and collaborate with teammates to improve processes. A high school diploma and good communication skills are required; previous manufacturing experience is preferred.

Job DescriptionBoyd Thermal by Eaton is seeking a Trim Operator in our Allenton, WI location.Primary Function:The Trim Operator plays a vital role in Boyd Thermal by Eaton’s Die Casting Team, contributing to the efficiency and quality of our die-cast manufacturing operations. In this position, you will be responsible for operating the trim press while making die-cast components, ensuring that they meet our quality standards and production timelines. Key responsibilities include operating trim press, performing quality checks, and collaborating with team members to optimize the manufacturing process. This role requires attention to detail, technical skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
