Boyd Thermal, now part of Eaton, is seeking a Trim Operator at the Allenton, WI facility. You will operate the trim press, inspect castings, and work with a team to meet production targets and quality standards.

This first shift (7am-3pm or 6am-2pm) position requires attention to detail, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, good communication, and strict adherence to safety and QMS procedures.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and reading comprehension.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Operate trim press and assemble die-cast components.
• Inspect trim castings and follow procedures.
• Read and follow daily work instructions.
• Enter production counts into Guardian ERP.
• Complete documentation (P-Charts, etc.).
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Support Quality Management System requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
