Job summary

Boyd Thermal by Eaton in Allenton, WI is seeking a Trim Operator to join our die casting team on the 1st shift. You will operate the trim press, inspect castings, and follow work instructions to meet quality and production goals.

You will read and enter production data into the Guardian ERP system, maintain a clean work area, and collaborate with teammates to improve processes. A high school diploma and good communication skills are required; previous manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to read and interpret shop paperwork and work instructions.
• Basic math and language skills; good communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Operate trim press machine and trim castings.
• Inspect, pack, and document quality per procedures.
• Read, follow, and record daily production counts and instructions (P-Charts).
• Enter production counts into Guardian ERP system accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow safety and manufacturing policies; assist with process improvements.
