Job summary

Boyd Thermal by Eaton seeks a Die-Cast Machine Operator to support the Allenton, WI facility on the first shift (7am-3pm or 6am-2pm). The role focuses on operating die-cast machinery, inspecting parts for quality, and maintaining production efficiency in a safety‑driven environment.

Responsibilities include tooling setup and replacement, tooling maintenance, and collaboration with teammates to optimize processes. Strong attention to detail and adherence to QMS are required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate with employees at all levels.
• Strong reading, listening, and analytical skills.
• Ability to complete shop paperwork accurately and on time.
• Capacity to sit/stand/walk and lift up to 50 lb as needed.
• Attention to safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor die-cast machines.
• Set, repair, and replace tooling as needed.
• Maintain tooling and hourly production rates.
• Monitor die-castings quality per instructions.
• Relieve other operators for breaks and cover shifts.
• Operate trim presses when required.
• Keep the work area clean and orderly.
• Adhere to safety and manufacturing procedures.
