Job summary

Boyd Thermal by Eaton in Allenton, WI is looking for a Trim Operator to support the die-cast manufacturing team on the 1st shift (7am-3pm). You will operate the trim press, perform quality checks, and document production data to meet quality standards and timelines.

The role requires attention to detail, basic reading of work instructions, and teamwork. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to lift up to routine weights and work in a manufacturing environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Prior manufacturing or die-cast experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow documented work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate trim press machine; trim, inspect, and pack castings per procedures and part instructions.
• Read and follow documented work instructions daily.
• Enter production counts into Guardian ERP system.
• Complete production-related documentation (P-Charts, etc.) accurately.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area; follow safety policies.
