Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions is seeking a Die Cast Operator in Detroit Lakes, MN. The temp role offers a $22.50 per hour wage with weekly pay, on a 3rd shift, Monday through Friday schedule. You will operate die casting machines, inspect parts, and maintain accurate production counts while following safety and 5S standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to use measuring tools such as gage pins and scales.
• Ability to follow work instructions and pay close attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 20 lbs., occasionally lift up to 40 lbs., and rarely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements including bending, twisting, and walking.
• Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
