  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Record production information and time accurately.

Production Operator
Position Summary

Production Operators are an important part of our manufacturing team, supporting the safe and efficient operation of production equipment while producing quality products for our customers.

Depending on the department, Production Operators may operate production machinery, perform manual production tasks, inspect parts for quality, take measurements, package finished products, and complete production records. Employees are trained on specific equipment, processes, and requirements of the Company.

No prior manufacturing experience is required. We are looking for dependable individuals who are willing to learn, follow instructions, work safely, and take pride in producing quality products.

Responsibilities & Duties

Depending on the department, responsibilities may include:

  • Operate and monitor manual and/or automated production equipment in accordance with established procedures and work instructions.
  • Load, position, secure, and remove materials or workpieces from production equipment.
  • Monitor equipment and production processes to identify quality issues, equipment malfunctions, or other abnormalities and notify appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Visually inspect finished products for defects and verify that products meet established quality requirements.
  • Use basic measuring tools and inspection equipment to verify product dimensions and specifications.
  • Perform manual production tasks such as trimming, finishing, deburring, cleaning, assembling, or packaging products.
  • Maintain a continuous flow of product through the assigned production process.
  • Use hand tools, air tools, and other equipment as required to perform assigned duties.
  • Follow work instructions, production requirements, and established processes to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Accurately record production information, work time, quality checks, and other required documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all environmental, health, and safety rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Communicate equipment, quality, safety, or production concerns to the appropriate supervisor or team member.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
