Job summary

Production Castings, Inc. is hiring Machine Operators for our Fenton manufacturing facility. No prior die casting experience required; hands-on training is provided.

We offer full-time and part-time positions on 10-hour shifts with 3-day weekends where available. Starting pay ranges from $19.50 to $24.00 per hour, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits. You'll operate production equipment, load/unload parts, monitor processes, and inspect finished items to ensure quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment, including trim presses, Wheelabrator, and burnishing equipment.
• Load and unload parts and monitor equipment throughout the production process.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and customer specifications.
• Perform routine equipment checks, cleaning, and basic preventive maintenance.
• Identify and report equipment, quality, or production concerns.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow established work instructions and safety procedures.
• Work with your team to meet daily production and quality goals.
