Job summary

Deco Products Company in Decorah, IA is seeking a Die Cast Machine Operator for evening and night shifts. You will produce precision zinc castings, set up and adjust machines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality standards.

Starting pay is $20.10/hour with 2nd and 3rd shift premiums adding up to approximately $5,200 and $6,240 more per year. Benefits, PTO, and training support are included.

Located in Decorah, Iowa, DECO manufactures precision components used in office furniture, window and door hardware, commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, HVAC systems, electrical applications, and many other products used every day.

Available Shifts

2nd Shift

Monday-Thursday: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and Friday Options:12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, or 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM

3rd Shift

4-Day Work Week

• Monday-Thursday, 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Monday-Thursday, 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM

What You'll Do
