Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Operators for a plastics/molded parts manufacturing company in Delano, MN. You will operate machines, assemble parts, and package finished products in a clean, production-focused environment. Evening or overnight shifts with weekly pay are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a machine operator or production worker in the last 3 years.
• Ability to operate basic hand or power tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodations.
• Clear written and verbal English communication.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Must be able to stand through an entire shift and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Remove finished parts from production machines.
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met.

Schedule: 1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm) 2nd shift (3:30pm-11:00pm) 3rd shift (11:00pm - 7:30am)

What You Need to Bring to the Production Operator Role:

• Must have at least 6 months of experience working in a machine operator or production role in the last 3 years
• Must be comfortable using basic hand or power tools
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
• Must have written and verbal communication skills in English
• Must be willing to work overtime when required
• Must be able to stand for an entire shift and perform repetitive tasks
• Must have reliable transportation to the Delano area
