Job summary

Entertimeonline is seeking a full-time production operator to run die casting machines on day or night shifts. Base pay ranges from $19.50 to $22.50 per hour, with non-exempt status and immediate eligibility for benefits.

Responsibilities include maintaining a safe work environment, ensuring parts meet quality standards, completing required paperwork, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. High school diploma or GED preferred; manufacturing experience helpful.

• Ability to follow work instructions
• Must be detail oriented, with the ability to recognize defects and non-conformities

Description

Day Shift-5:45am-4:15pm

Night Shift-7:45pm-6:15am

Purpose: Run production die casting machines to produce quality parts to print to meet customer expectations and requirements.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe work environment for self and others.Follow all safety rules and regulations. Demonstrate commitment tosafety program.
• Ensure part quality is in accordance with inspection report
• Accurately complete reports and all necessary paper work for the jobs
• Responsible for correct full box quantities and job counts
• Utilizes the 5-S principles (sort, set in order,shine, standardize, and sustain) to maintain an orderly, clean and safework area.
• Ability to regularly meet or exceed efficiency requirements
• Actively participates in CIP events to improve the safety, quality, and efficiencies of our current processes and procedures
• Support and positivelycontribute to a culture of continuous improvement
• Communicates with supervisor and co-workers in a professional manner
• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Requirements

Physical Demands

• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 20 lbs, occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 lbs, rarely lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand up to 100% of shift
• Ability to do repetitive movements (i.e. bending, twisting, walking)
