Job summary

Entertimeonline in Minnesota is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support preventative maintenance and repair activities of all production and non-production machines. This role requires operating forklifts and aerial lifts, documenting work, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Day shift is 5:45am-4:15pm, or mid/nights as needed; responsibilities include light PM, breakdown support, machine moves, welding, coolant systems, and routine inspections of compressors, filters, and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year maintenance-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform light preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Complete all required documentation.
• Assist in correcting unplanned machine breakdowns.
• Assist in machine moves throughout the shop.
• Provide technical assistance to production personnel.
• Welding fabrication and repair as needed.
• Maintain and operate coolant recycling system.
• Assist with emptying chip bins as needed.
• Replace all machine filters including filter mists.
• Inspect air compressors and dryers; replace filters as needed.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic components.
• Check and replenish oil & coolant reservoirs where applicable.
• Service company vehicles as required.
• Inspect and maintain forklift and floor scrubber batteries.
• Take coolant concentricity readings and document readings.

Description

Days-5:45am-4:15pm

Mid-varies

Nights-7:45pm-6:15am

Purpose: Provide support with all preventative maintenance and repair activities of all production and non-production machines and equipment

Ensure a safe work environment for self and others. Follows all safety rules and regulations. Demonstrate commitment to safety program

• Perform light preventive maintenance on production equipment
• Complete all required documentation

• Maintain and operate coolant recycling system

• Where applicable perform visual inspections on all air compressors and dryers

• Where applicable check and replenish or replace machine oil reservoirs
• Where applicable check and replenish or replace machine coolant reservoirs
• Service company vehicles as required
• Where applicable clean/fill and inspect all forklift and floor scrubber batteries as needed
• Where applicable take coolant concentricity readings in all production machines and coolant reclaiming system, document all readings
• Where applicable perform visual inspections on all online air compressors and dryers, document all readings
• Where applicable replace all air compressor oil and air filters as required
• Cleanup work areas after jobs are completed
• Promote a positive atmosphere. Actively support activities that promote the welfare and morale of TEAM employees
• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned

Requirements

Education & Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1 year maintenance-related experience preferred

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to operate both Forklifts and Aerial Lifts
• Must be able to perform assigned duties with minimal supervision
• Must have general knowledge of email and database applications
• Ability to communicate with a variety of people

Physical Demands

• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 lbs., occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 lbs., rarely lifting up to 70lbs.
• Ability to stand for 100% of shift
• Ability to do repetitive motions, i.e. bending, twisting, walking, crouching
• Ability to work at elevated heights
• Ability to climb ladders
• Ability to continuously operate a minimum of 3 hours
