Job summary

TEAM is seeking a制造 worker for the die-cast operations in Minnesota. The role covers setup, operation, and monitoring of die-cast machines to produce quality parts during the mid shift (11:00am-9:00pm).

Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, with the ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for long periods. Base pay ranges from $22.75 to $27.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to use hand tools and air powered tools.
• Must follow work instructions and be detail oriented.
• Must be able to lift up to 50–70 lbs regularly, stand for the shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up die-cast machines and trim presses.
• Monitor and document setup to minimize downtime.
• Ensure part quality per inspection report.
• Complete reports and paperwork for jobs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area using 5-S.
• Support CIP and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate professionally with supervisor and teammates.
• Promote a positive atmosphere and team welfare.
• Other duties as assigned.

Description

Mid Shift- 11:00am-9:00pm

Purpose: To participate in setting up, operating and monitoring die-cast machines to produce quality parts, and efficiently produce parts.

• Ensure a safe work environment for self and others. Follows all safety rules and regulations. Demonstrate commitment to safety program.
• Ensure part quality is in accordance with inspection report
• Perform complete set up of die cast machines and trim presses
• Monitor and document all aspects of set up to minimize production down-time
• Accurately complete reports and all necessary paper work for the jobs
• Utilizes the 5-S principles (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, and sustain) to maintain an orderly, clean and safe work area.
• Ability to regularly meet or exceed efficiency requirements
• Actively participates in CIP events to improve the safety, quality, and efficiencies of our current processes and procedures
• Support and positively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
• Communicates with supervisor and co-workers in a professional manner
• Promote a positive atmosphere. Actively support activities that promote the welfare and morale of TEAM employees.
• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1 year manufacturing experience required

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to use hand tools and air powered tools, etc.
• Ability to follow work instructions
• Must be detail oriented, with the ability to recognize defects and non-conformities

Physical Demands

• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs, occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 lbs, rarely lifting up to 85 lbs.
• Ability to stand up to 100% of shift
• Ability to do repetitive movements (i.e. bending, twisting, walking)
