Acloché LLC is seeking a Die Cast Changeover Specialist – High-Pressure Aluminum & Hydraulics for the 2nd shift in Cedarburg, WI. The role requires hands-on die cast setup, parameter setting, and troubleshooting on high-pressure aluminum machines, with bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of tenure at prior employers, can operate cranes and forklifts, and meet US work authorization requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years tenure at each previous employer.
• Hands-on setup/changeover experience in high-pressure aluminum die casting or heavy machinery.
• Strong troubleshooting in mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Ability to safely operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and heavy rigging equipment.
• Within a 45-minute commute of Cedarburg, WI area.
• High School Diploma or GED; US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete die changes and tooling setups for high-pressure aluminum die casting machines and automation equipment.
• Set and fine-tune process parameters including melt temperatures, hydraulic pressures, shot speeds, and cycle timing.
• Rig, align, and install dies, trim tools, and cooling/lubrication lines with overhead cranes and forklifts.
• Diagnose startup or production defects to optimize cycle times and reduce scrap.
• Inspect hydraulic, pneumatic, cooling, and automated systems prior to production sign-off.
• Coordinate with Quality and Production for first-piece inspections.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and safety protocols during setups and teardowns.
