Qualifications

• Masters in Social Work.
• Meets the applicable scope of practice board and licensure requirements in effect in the State in which they are employed.
• 0–2 years related experience.

Responsabilités

• Assesses patients' psychosocial status and participates in care planning with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provides psychosocial counseling and implements social work interventions to support adherence and quality of life.
