Fresenius Kidney Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP). The RN CAP 1 will coordinate and provide clinically competent care for an assigned patient group, under supervision.

Responsibilities include data collection during hemodialysis, planning care, education, and collaboration with the care team. This role advances through CAP requirements, supports daily dialysis delivery, and participates in quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current valid state RN licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certification or successful completion.
• Minimum 9 months RN experience; dialysis experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform nursing assessments and document data in the medical record.
• Develop and adjust patient care plans with the team.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor effectiveness.
• Provide patient education and coordinate care with Interdisciplinary Team.
• Lead or supervise Patient Care Technicians/LPNs/RNs as assigned.
• Respond to emergencies and initiate appropriate actions.
• Ensure proper lab collection, handling, and documentation.
• Support transplant awareness and treatment modality education.
• Comply with Fresenius Kidney Care policies and regulatory requirements.
