Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse CAP1 to join the Clinical Advancement Program. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients undergoing hemodialysis.

You will perform assessments, plan and implement care, educate patients and families, and document outcomes. CAP requirements to advance are in place, with potential travel to training sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
• Must meet the practice requirements in the state in which he or she is employed.

Responsabilités

• Performs essential functions under supervision and guidance of the team.
• Collects and analyzes patient data during dialysis and documents in medical records.
• Educates patients and families on care needs and treatment plans.
• Delivers safe and effective hemodialysis therapy in collaboration with staff.
• Administers prescribed medications and participates in emergency responses.
