Job summary

Dialyze Direct is seeking a registered nurse to provide high-quality dialysis care at our North Manchester facility. The role emphasizes independence, critical thinking, and teamwork with nephrologists and facility staff. Monday–Friday, full-time with a fixed schedule and no on-call shifts.

Requirements include a valid RN license, 6 months RN experience preferred, 3 months hemodialysis experience, and BLS certification. Travel up to 25% may be required; lifting up to 35 pounds is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and home support as needed.
• Record patient health data during dialysis sessions.
• Develop and maintain a care plan to attain outcomes.
• Administrative duties including charting and specimen handling.
