Job summary

HonorHealth in Phoenix, AZ seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Dialysis Inpatient unit. This full-time, day-shift role supports patient care across a range of dialysis and related treatments, following ANA standards and hospital policies.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year RN experience, prefer dialysis or ICU exposure, and hold Arizona RN licensure. The position includes a generous sign-on bonus up to 10K and weekend/holiday on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year RN experience required.
• Dialysis or ICU experience preferred.
• Arizona RN license required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze patient data to plan a family-centered care.
• Administer medications and therapies per physician orders and protocols.
• Monitor patient status, document care, and adjust plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on treatment, home care, and safety.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
