Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. in Austin, TX seeks a Clinical Coordinator to oversee dialysis clinic operations and assist the Administrator in leading clinical and operational processes. You will coordinate patient scheduling, manage staff utilization, and ensure accurate documentation and billing communication.

You will drive quality improvement, ensure compliance with applicable laws, and participate in governance meetings, staff development, and patient care planning to meet corporate goals.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in applicable state; license must be kept current and in good standing.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management and operation of the dialysis clinic; cover Administrator duties when absent.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and staff staffing to maintain timely admissions and adequate coverage.
• Maintain logs, run sheets, and ensure data is sent to billing; prepare incident reports for QAPI.
• Lead staff development, training, and adherence to policies; promote quality patient care.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws; participate in meetings with governing body and management.
