Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level professional registered nurse for the Outpatient CAP1 program. Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Must hold current state nursing licensure.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Entry level RN with related nephrology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Document patient data and updates in medical records; adjust care plan as needed.
• Educate patient and family on care requirements and treatment options.
• Administer medications per physician orders or approved protocols and monitor outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective hemodialysis therapy.
• Support supervisory staff and participate in staff training and orientation.
