Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for its Outpatient CAP program. The nurse will assess, plan, intervene and evaluate care for an assigned patient group within the dialysis setting, coordinating with RNs, LVN/LPNs, and patient care technicians to ensure safe and effective hemodialysis therapy.

The role emphasizes education, team collaboration, and adherence to policy and regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current or successful CPR/BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for assigned patients.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care within dialysis setting.
• Document data in patient records and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Administer medications as prescribed and follow approved algorithms.
