Job summary

CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG seeks an experienced Acute Dialysis Services Program Manager (RN) to oversee staffing, operations and patient care across contracted facilities in the Philadelphia area.

In this role you will lead a team of inpatient staff, ensure survey readiness, and coordinate with Human Resources on employee matters while maintaining high quality care and cost efficiency. A nursing license is required and an advanced degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN with state licensure (required)
• 3–5 years related experience in healthcare/dialysis preferred
• 3+ years supervisory or project/program management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing and operations across contracted facilities
• Monitor costs, staffing, and supplies to ensure efficiency and quality care
• Ensure compliance with hospital regulations and survey readiness (JCAHO/CMS)
• Provide leadership, coaching and development for direct reports
• Coordinate training and staff orientation
• Assist with budgeting, scheduling and performance reviews
• Collaborate with facility representatives to resolve issues and maintain patient safety
