Qualifications

• RN licensure in state regulations (active)
• CPR certification
• ACLS within 1 year of hire
• CRRN certification (required)
• 1 year of inpatient hospital experience
• 1 year of dialysis nursing experience
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
• Flexible availability for weekdays, weekends, and evenings/nights as needed

Responsibilities

• Direct and organize the hospital's hemodialysis program and supervise dialysis staff
• Implement policies for safe and effective hemodialysis care
• Represent the program in hospital management and community settings
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to communicate patient concerns and changes promptly
• Ensure compliance with applicable guidelines and safety standards
