Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Kingsport, LLC is seeking a Dialysis Program Manager to lead and elevate our hemodialysis services. You will direct the program, implement policies for safety and quality, and supervise dialysis staff while serving as the program's liaison in hospital leadership and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure required.
• CPR certification required.
• ACLS certification within 1 year of hire.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year inpatient hospital experience (preferred).
• 1 year dialysis nursing experience (preferred).
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and strong organizatio nal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Flexible availability for weekdays, weekends, and evenings/night shifts.
