Job summary

Innovative Renal Care (IRC) is one of the leading dialysis service providers in the U.S., partnering with local physicians to deliver ESRD care and related kidney health solutions. IRC is seeking Patient Care Technicians to monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis, assist with cannulation, observe patient status, and help set up hemodialysis equipment.

A high school diploma, dialysis certifications (BONENT/NNCC/NNCO or state-approved), and BLS/CPR are required, with a sign-on bonus

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Desire to care for people and be comfortable around blood and needles.
• Current certification (BONENT/NNCC/NNCO or state approved) and BLS/CPR are required for experienced PCTs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis.
• Measure and record stats and observations.
• Assist with cannulation and hemodialysis machine setup.
