Job summary

Innovative Renal Care (IRC) seeks a Patient Care Technician to support ESRD patients through dialysis, monitoring vital signs, recording data, and assisting with cannulation and machine setup.

You will work closely with clinicians to ensure safe, compassionate care, while maintaining equipment readiness and patient comfort throughout treatment. IRC offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Desire to care for people and be comfortable around blood and needles.
• Experienced PCTs: current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or state approved certification.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment; record stats and observations.
• Assist with cannulation and machine setup; ensure safe dialysis flow.
• Maintain patient comfort, safety, and dignity throughout procedures.
