U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join a cross-functional care team. You will assist with dialysis treatment under RN or Charge Nurse supervision, performing delegated tasks and monitoring patients.

You will prepare machines, monitor treatment, collect samples, and ensure safety and cleanliness per protocol while following state/federal regulations. Ongoing education and meetings are part of the role.

Competenze

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients in need.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment and collect patient data.
• Prepare machines, clean and disinfect, conduct machine safety checks and logs.
• Follow safety measures and company policies; participate in meetings and continuing education.
