Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions following strict safety protocols.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment and collect vitals.
• Initiate, monitor, and terminate treatment under supervision.
• Prepare machines, disinfect, and perform safety checks.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education offerings.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations.
