Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is hiring a Patient Care Technician to join a cross-functional team delivering dialysis treatment and related activities under RN or CN supervision.

You will work directly with patients to ensure safe, comfortable care, gather vitals, and monitor treatment while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include preparing machines, performing safety checks, cleaning/disinfecting equipment, and adhering to all policies and training requirements.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Must be comfortable mixing acids and bicarbonate according to protocol.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care during dialysis treatment, including gathering stats before/after and monitoring patients.
• Prepare machines for hemodialysis treatments, clean and disinfect, and log safety checks.
• Follow safety measures and company policies, participate in meetings and continuing education.
