U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join a cross-functional team delivering dialysis treatment under RN/Charge Nurse supervision. You will work directly with patients, monitor treatment, and collect stats before and after sessions.

Responsibilities include preparing machines, disinfecting equipment, performing safety checks, and adhering to protocols. Prior healthcare experience is a plus; CPR training within 90 days is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Must be comfortable mixing acids and bicarbonate according to protocol.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment and collect patient stats before and after sessions.
• Prepare machines for hemodialysis treatments, clean and disinfect equipment, and perform safety checks.
• Follow safety measures, wear PPE, and comply with company policies and regulations; participate in staff meetings and trainings.
